@otaking3582 Well, the part in the middle reads "Suicide Attack", the left part reads "Worldwide Self-Conceit", and the right part reads "Top-Grade Arguing". I admittedly don't know much about Kantai Collection, so those could just be references to Kirishima herself. But to me, they seem to be referring to the disaster that's currently unfolding worldwide in the wake of the pandemic.
