It's a oddly drawn figure of a Mokèlé-mbèmbé, meaning "one who stops the flow of rivers" in the Lingala language, a cryptid found in legends and folklore of the Congo River basin often thought of as a living dinosaur. I think the 1985 movie Baby: Secret of the Lost Legend is loosely based on it. That "No problem" line still makes me giggle but I digress. It is sometimes described as a living creature and sometimes as a spirit. It could be considered loosely analogous to the Loch Ness Monster in Western culture.
