It's been proven that Hypnosis cannot actually force you to do something that you are completely opposed to doing.. for example for the most part you can't kill someone with hypnosis. Survival instinct is too strong, the person will resist and snap out of it. However make them walk like a chicken or talk like Elvis or whatever.. most people have no objections to it cause most people use Hypnosis as a stage act and they're expecting silly stuff so they have no reason to not play along...

so... if she was already feeling horny and someone wanted to hypnotize her to be... open about her needs... well.. that would be completely possible and she'd do it because she wanted to. She'd have no reason to fight.

TLDR Hypnosis isn't rape. :P

Actually, no, that’s not how giving consent works. You need to be in the right state of mind to enthusiastically give consent. Under hypnosis, a person would not be in their fully aware state of mind. So even if having sex is a deep desire, unless they’ve given their fully conscious, enthusiastic consent, it’s rape. If you consented to doing erotic things before you went under hypnosis, then it’s a different story, so long as all boundaries were obeyed.

It’s essentially the same as being drunk. When you’re drunk, your inhibitions are lowered. But if you’re sober and you have sex with someone who is drunk, that’s rape because they were not in their proper state of mind to give clear, enthusiastic consent.

This is porn that doesn’t involve real people, so whatever. But this has been a PSA on consent for the real world. Don’t have sex with someone unless they’re 100% consciously into it.
