That’s why Frieza blew up the planet killing off most of the Saiyans. Transformations was his thing and he was just jealous they could do it more times than he can.

Not...really anon...Frieza just didn't want a future Saiyan rebellion. He found out saiyans grow stronger by fighting, and heard the myths of the super saiyan and super saiyan god. He eradicated them to ensure his empire wouldn't be threatened. Could of gotten away with it too...if he didn't skip Nappa, Vegeta, Raditz, Tarble, Kakarot, Broly, Paragus...(insert future saiyans here)
