Not sure what Haruhi's intentions are exactly. Maybe she's using Mikuru's head as a footstool... Or maybe she's wanting Mikuru to smell her feet... Or simply playing with her head with her feet, but she is being herself. Can't help feel a little sorry for Mikuru, and envious... But this picture is cute!
