Every site's comments I've been to with this image has at least one person who thinks it's a blow-up doll. I never did see that, I just saw a sexy Gardevoir with a vinyl/latexy body. I must be one of the few in this world who thinks this is the sexiest pic of Gardevoir ever :(

I agree with Anon #5 I too have seen a suit like that ,when I also took a trip to japan when I saw a sex shop hidden in a alley in odiba , funny thing I can't remember the name of the shop, but then again I can't read kanji sad soo sad.
