I love Elena. Beautiful with a simple but great design as hot and bare as it might seem. You add a bit too much stuff to a character and it looks messy and cluttered. Like apart from the most recent live action turtles looking kind of hideous, they just had way too much crap all over them. The characters should inform the design, not the other way around.
