I know things gotta end sooner or later, hopefully before things have gotten stale, it loses its appeal, focus. direction and the thing feels like it’s just coasting because it will still make bank regardless.

Still can’t shake the feeling that there was opportunity for another season or just for the author to write down his thoughts or outline for where the series might go, proceed and conclude. I guess all you got left is fan fiction which always fun to wade through in hopes of maybe finding that actually good one.

The author passed away a few years ago. Most involved with this series said they won't continue, thus leaving the series unfinished.

This series definitely was gonna continue for a long time - unfortunately, heart disease got Daisuke. Shouji said he won't touch it with his brother gone.
