I've seen this translated before, but I do not remember where nor what exactly it said.
Simply, she is mocking the Hunter for repeatedly failing to farm her "Skypiercer" (Alatreon's Horn break drop, needed for many of the final upgrades of the Alatreon weapons), and mockingly offers to give them the generally less desired "Broken Skypiercer" drop.
