That tauros went through alot. Remember the Orange League Finals? That was the best 3-part episode ever in Pokemon history. The Final Battle between Ash and the Champion of Orange Islands... Level 100 Dragonite vs Ash's Level 100 Pikachu and Charizard. =)

I guess he meant Level 100 tauros, if its the one he used at Orange league finals. OBVIOUSLY, Hikari cannot handle him since she doesn't have a single badge.
