I agree with anon 2 (not counting the double post) Given the way this artist draws and the things they draw (some amazing, sadistic creativity there) It is most likely bamboo, she would be kneeling on the ground with her head back, and that would have grown from between her legs where it was placed. She would currently be suffering in her death throes, hence the guro tag.
