For those who don't get it: In the Lucky Star OVA, Tsukasa ALMOST beats her sister in a Volleyball match, whom is Kagami. However, just before making her final shot, she slams into the net, and makes her team lose the game. After that, she vows to one day beat her sister in volleyball. THAT is what the joke here is. As for Miyuki and Konata....They're just being goofballs.
