I checked the source out and she's definitely rendered and put against a real background photo. The light work is just extremely good.

Since no-one's bothering to post the supposed render proof, anyone consider she's real, but just tweaked in Photoshop to look like a render? I can picture some malicious artist doing that just to provoke these kind of arguments.
