Regrettably, this seems to be the original source of the image, so no higher quality version could be found. This twitter account seems to host quite a few pieces of artwork from different artists that can't be traced from anywhere else. Don't think it would be a stretch to think they've commissioned the works themselves. There are more I'd like to upload here but they have too many compression artifacts and I don't think Gelbooru allows Waifu2x'ed content.

Twitter and their extremely aggressive compression settings are a menace to all forms of media content alike. Yet Japanese artists really like using it for some damn reason.
