Um, I can't be 100% sure since I don't own copies of the originals but from what I can tell this is a third-party edit. This shower scene is from another OVA called Moonlight Sonata but the characters look so much alike that people believe it.

Confirmed that it's from the Street Fighter II movie.

I think the the third-party edit tag is referring to these shower shots being spliced closer together than they appear in the movie.
