I like when they have tally marks like this listing how many children they've made rather than how many abortions they've had.

I strongly support abortion in real life but it's not something I want to fap to.

The symbols seem to indicate she had the previous two is what I'm saying. Probably giving them up for adoption or something.

I think these are just pregnancy tallies, not abortion marks. The heart symbols tend to be broken or crossed out with the latter in most artworks featuring the latter.
