Well, i can tell you. In 2016 Otto showed his support for Trump by depicting Clinton as a slutty loli, because that'll show her i guess. I distinctly remember an artist comment of "some girls are born to lose".
Idk whether it makes sense to keep the Clinton tag on this site. It seems like he's only made the one drawing. I can't say i see the resemblance, but maybe it's important lore to someone.
