You wouldn't notice at first, but the lack of color in the flesh and facial expression makes the person look dead. Now, some people are that pale, but even they tend to have some reddish coloring from the blood within the skin. But I think that's easily fixable. The only challenge I can foresee is the lack of expressions. Maybe a thinner or more pliable silicone.
