Translation is completely wrong from the Japanese. In the original she is saying "Rex" not "sex"(like for real how did they mistake レ for セ?) and what Mythra is saying is completely wrong. The real translation is "Fufu, Rex seems to be feeling good, huh.." and Mythra says "hmmm...so doing it like this (makes him) feel good."
