Ok, I know this seems like a weird observation...
But the two foreground characters are wearing Male Japanese School Uniforms, while the background characters are wearing Female Japanese School Uniforms.
Could this possibly be a guy using a strap-on on another guy? I've read about guys who have ED or have small dicks using Strap-ons as replacements.

Seems to be two delinquents but one had one the fight and the winner is trying to show the stundents this is what she does to you if you cross her(boys might be included)
Why fuck her maybe to show her subordinates their leaders weak side
Also it is known for female delinquents to eear male unigorms
