For people who want to use chongyun a good Cryo DPS build would be to use
Noblesse Oblige
ATK% & CRIT DMG
and for goblet Cryo DMG bonus as for weapon for craftable i say use Prototype Aminus but if you have Favonius Greatsword or Wolf's Gravestone use those instead. Skyward Pride is also good.
