In my fanon, since these three lovely ladies are the eldest in all of Gensokyo, I've interpreted that they were born in the 1970s while the other girls were born in the 1980s (Yomu, Reisen, Sanae, etc.) and 1990s (Chen, Tewi, Suwako, etc.).

But since they`re not really the oldest, by far, that wouldn`t work. They only look the oldest, but for example: Suwako is much older than Kanako, Tewi is also around 5000 orso, as far as i know Yukari is supposed to be around 3000 or 2500. The only younger ones who also look young(afaik) are: Cirno(around 60 and the others of the Baka group), Sanae, Reimu, Marisa and Sakuya(Human teens, sakuya probably in her early 20s.) and Kogasa(just around 100.).
