I'm fairly certain Breath of the Wild comes at the end of the timeline. With all the different nods to past games that make up BoTW's Hyrule, it'd make more sense for the timelines to have melded together at some point and Breath of the Wild is set 10k+ years after that. Zelda mentions both the Hero of Winds and the Hero of Twilight in Link's ceremony, so the Adult and Child timelines have merged at least.
