By the point when that offer came about he's but a corpse. Walking and all, but dead more than a month ago. If I recall correctly, he clambers on the roof and dies very very soon after.

Besides, what good is she? Fuuka's a brilliant techie, Maiko's adorably unruly, Aigis's robogirl of your dreams, and even Elisabeth is very cute for an eldritch abomination. And Toriumi is an old alcoholic leetspeaker. Who looks like Yukari's mother to boot. Not to ruffle your feathers but I really fail to see her appeal.

It would of course have been otherwise if we could have some full-fledged route for her with hilarious debauchery, following attempts to cover it up and inevitable relapses. But this isn't VN.
