These look like artist reconceptions of the old quad mechs, I don't remember the names of the top of my head, but nobody used them because they sucked so very hard.

Actually, I think it's a Goliath - it's got turrets on it, which makes it a bit interesting. Changed the legs, but the original's looked kinda stupid anyway, way too AT-ATish. www.sarna.net/wiki/Goliath

Turrets do make quads suck LESS (you get a 360-degree firing arc), and they do have increased stability and the ability to sidestep... but they have so much less room for weapons it's just laughable.
