Yeah, Bleach may have filler, but at least it's exciting, unlike other anime series' filler, like in Naruto. At least it's not all about the fighting when it gets to that either, like Dragon Ball ended up being like. They don't draw out the fights for ten episodes long and just focus on the fight and not other things. And, honestly, I found One Piece to be boring and childesh when I tried to watch it. Sorry, but it just wasn't my thing.

Ok,
DragonBall got ridiculous after Freezer.
I mean, they could already destroy a whole Planet and than there was a new villain who was stronger.
They trained to beat him, and than:
Another even stronger villain out of nowhere and so on and so on...
Bleach wasn't like that.
Sure, they got stronger over time just like they did in DragonBall, but it wasn't like:
A:"Hey, I can destroy the Universe by sneezing"
B:"Haha, noob!"
So I don't think this caricature is fitting Bleach.
Also, Bleach has much more psychological aspects.
Naruto is a question of taste.
If you don't like depressing storylines you don't like Naruto.
But just saying it's 'emo-crap' is stupid.
There's nothing much more to say about that.
( I actually liked the filler episodes :x )
( The one with Kakashis Mask was just awesome hilarious XD )
Well,
One Piece is a good mix.
The protagonists are constantly 'improving' their fighting skills.
And stronger enemies are already part of the whole story.
They don't 'poof' out of nowehere like they do in DragonBall.
(Sorry, DragonBall-Fans, it's just my opinion)

Bleach pretty much became DBZ with swords once the Gotei 13 came in and suddenly everyone could do Bankai (SSJ1) and fly. Then Hollowfication came about (SSJ2) and we have a new group of people with the ability. And Ichigo seems to have a Super Hollow form now (SSJ3) once again putting him above the others...until a new group of people who also can become Super Hollows show up and repeat the "Rescue Nakama" thing they did with Rukia and then Orihime (which One Piece did better, anyway).
