when i was little, our cat didn't come in one night. he was an adventurous old bastard, so we didn't think much of it, until the next morning when we found him in a bloody ball in the corner of the deck. we thought he was dead until he lifted his head to look at us. we got him to the vet and he survived, but i'll never forget how badly he was torn up. i can't look at this picture without thinking about that morning. he just barely survived, and i can't imagined how my life would have been if he had died then and there. for that reason, this picture evokes a strong emotional response from me. i'm sorry, i just really wanted to say that.

the cats doesnt have a scared look on its face so it didnt die in fear so it probably defended,saved its master, or it got hurt and before it died she came along to see it off.
