I had a enema once. It felt good up until I sat on the toilet and I had to still there for like 10 minutes till the pain stopped from crapping too much! Damn it hurt! (I'm a girl) GOD I HATED THAT!

Sounds like you had some kind of Fleet enema. A regular water enema just softens up the stool and you let it loose. If you use really cold water it can cause cramping (actually it's your colon having spasms). You should try enemas again, but with just warm water. Had a gf that loved having me give her enemas. She'd sort of puppy-dog whimper next to me and put her head on my shoulder, so I'd know what she wanted. I'd tend to her in the restroom, then let her have privacy while she emptied. The submission/control factor of it all was a real turn-on to her. When we were done, she'd take a shower and then we'd have mind-blowing sex. During the whole time, during the enemas, sex, etc...we wouldn't say anything to each other. It was all eye contact and body language. It was really incredible.

I've tried it as well. It was similar to how you explained it, Anon#5, except I didn't enjoy it really <.< I just didn't enjoy the sensation of having water come from there. It was cold water, but I didn't really have cramps as much as uh... well I'll explain it to anyone if they really want. just send me a mail or something <.<
