This is a wonderful picture, but I don't recognise the characters at all. I only know who is who by hair colour and clothes, not by their faces. :/

Right of the Tardis: Daleks x5, K-9, and...5 past companions who I don't recognize. I wanna say the bottom-right one with the sparkly jacket is Jo Grant, but that's mostly because I'm playing favorites.

I believe the companion in the maid oufit, serving drinks is Astrid. From the episode " Voyage of the Damned." where the tenth doctor wound up on the Titanic. She was promised a spot with the Doctor as his new companion, but she died by sacrificing herself to kill the bad guy.
