Assuming the image is really rape(Like Nunnally, I'm blind), I don't see how being a blind paraplegic renders you incapable of committing rape. Being blind provides a strong incentive to learn how to use one's other senses to their full potential(something I know from personal experience), and having useless legs and needing to rely more on one's arms can help build above average upper body strength.
Of course, the fact that people tend to underestimate the disabled, the fact Nunnally has a "wouldn't hurt a fly" personality, and the fact that no one would believe accusations from a previous victim of hers without hard proof add up to to Nunnally being the last person a potential rape victim would suspect, and by the time you realized see isn't so sweet, innocent, and helpless, it would be too late to stop her.
