Yeah, I'll defend the movie for a lot of things but I can't and won't defend this scene other than saying it's fucking hilarious. They were so focused on making it look cool they forgot to make it make sense. I don't even mind that the Cerberus are keeping up with a motorcycle, mutants are capable of all sorts of insane feats in this series, but Leon just straight up murdered people to look cool and the filmmakers didn't even to stop and realize their cool scene had the hero commit murder on innocent people.XD

Adding to my previous comment, remember how broken up Leon is in the games when he fails to save people? They really dropped the ball on his personality and character in this scene.
