In fact, it looks a lot like something I saw in a hentai comic once in which several girls in an adventure party were kidnapped by succubi.
They had spells cast on them to make their bodies stretchy enough to accommodate the futa-succubi's massive dicks but a side effect of the spell was shitting, and i quoth, "400% more". However, it was okay because they made their shit completely translucent, which apparently translates to not smelling and bacteria-ridden, somehow?
