to be honest anon 2, i'm not sure my self, so far the zanpaktos spirits has materilized, so its debatable if they have any organs, but it is heavily implied taht they do have them, as in one of the anime filler arc, it has kazeshini bleeding while he was protecting a little kid (implying they have bone marrow which produces the blood), and when haineko was taking care of that tougu she fell inlove with, he ate her cooking (implying that they ahve stumachs), and also, sode no shirayuki is able to drink sake. meaning they have brains that have cells that can be killed off. but its still debatable cause even a shinigami having organs and stuff is still debatable as well. cause they are all technicly dead
