From what I understand with the little context I can get...

The Miku wearing the school uniform is from Rolling Girl

The shoes off are most always a sign of.. suicide ye, in Japan taking your shoes off before killing yourself is a ritual that we get to see often on top of higher buildings, near railroads and such.

I'm just hoping the second Miku isn't embracing her towards the dead people realm but avoiding her commit the unforgiven..
