Indeed it is totally alright, he actually knew to show the placenta, and didn't make her totally thin after the birth, hes done some homework... aside from the lack of body fluids around that is, this almost fairly accurate. And its not a demon, its an orc/goblin, which is fairly reasonable, and if their genetic structure is as close to ours as would be likely, from being an upright, opposable thumb'd, mildly sentient Humanoid, cross breeding could be possible, Lions and Tigers can mate after all.
