Side note, as for form...I worry about her dropping it so suddenly. You're missing the negative part of the rep by doing that. Likewise, locking up at the top of the rep can be damaging to joints and doesn't keep a consistent time under tension (IE: it's resting). While this pic may give your dick a good work-out, I wouldn't use it as reference for how to lift weights.

Yeah, the pause isn't for exercise purposes, it's to let you bask in the jiggling. Likewise, the quick drop is just to get you back to default and start watching it over again.

Actually, she is lean and in shape, but remember.. muscle weighs more than fat. She's probably around 180-190. A friend of mine, who happens to be a guy, is thinner than that and he weighs 175.

I know I'm late as all hell here, but the reason Dots comment miffed some is BECAUSE they were so serious about an anim that was only done this way for gameplay reasons.
Surely the animators could've done better outside of this game. The info is good tho, of course.
