Anon2, there was no parasite present on or in Jill's body. It was a mechanism that was continuously re-circulating huge doses of the Progenitor Virus into her blood stream, causing superhuman strength, speed, and agility (as well as the fact that she was being controlled by Wesker). You know, the same virus Albert Wesker was using?
