serebii website says it's a 1 in 8192 to even see a shiny,
and the female ratio of Lucario/Riolu is 12.5%
so, if you try to get one, you have:
1 in 68 719 476 736 chance FOR EVERY time, so that even
with 68 719 476 735 Lucarios/Riolus in your storage you will have the same odds on the next one.

but if you have 2 compatible lucario, from diferent countries (like japan and usa version) the odds drop to 1 in 2048 (75% lower)
making your chances go up to 1 in 524288.

Making your lucarios die from overbreeding before long anyways.
