This one has a nice aspect of how Alex used the line hardness and colors.
During the time of EVO 2013, Beowulf, Robo and Eliza were the newest colors, so they're highlighted in blue. That blue also forms the EVO logo. Squigly and Big Band have the same level of hardness in their linework, probably reflecting how they're also DLC characters.
The rest of the cast has much more 'faded' looking artwork. They're older in that sense, not the new toys being shown off.

Also, this is probably about the creepiest rendering of the skull heart I've seen.

There's a lot of subtle nods to in-lore character relations through how they're facing or placed near each other. I always come back and spot something new over the years.
