Since the removed collar will still get stuck in the ring the chain is passing through and the chain is less than 10m long, the first to free herself will most likely doom the other to death by drowning... yep, Saw

(except if there's someone with a real saw up there, or rather a bolt cutter, to free the loser after she got the fright of her life)

Another ending could be...
- bring the loser a tube to breathe from
- go down there with air bottles and do whatever you want to her
- take the tube back if she resist
- bring friends / sell tickets
