Kind of yes and kind of no, my dick has foreskin and sometimes it is complicated to pee or even to cum without making a mess, there's also the fact you lose sensitivity when it is on.

@phrike - the foreskin is the most sensitive bit, you don't lose anything by having your anatomy intact.
