Actually, judging by the motion lines, Elena brought her right leg around to Makoto's left leg to destabilize Makoto's balance while Makoto was trying to attack with her right knee while Elena simultaneously kicked the incoming knee with her left leg which, combined with the destabilization of Makoto's balance, is having the effect of knocking Makoto over. I could be wrong though
