Yeah. Rimuru openly says in both the anime and manga that as a slime he is technically genderless. HOWEVER he identifies as MALE as in his former life he was in fact a male. That's why his human form is more male. Plus when he tried making the form look female it looked too much like the girl who he took the form from.

And the body currently has looks like Shizu a lot already. Rimuru never identified as male nor female either. And the current body looks more female than male either way because it is from Shizu after all. Everything you just said is completely made up, except for the fact that Rimuru is genderless.
