Look at Zechs' face. I love it. Both Cathy is going "Oh no", Quatre is all refined, Duo and Hilde are fighting (Duo enjoying it and Hilde cying), Treize and Une look like proud parents, and Noin filming Fei feeding the birds. So cute!

I don't mean the contradict Ryutana, but if you look at the angle of Noin's camera it looks like she's filming Zech/Milliardo. Not to mention the fact that she always had a thing for him, so its only fitting that she'd be his stalker when she was younger.
