Anon2, I'm surprised you need a translation to understand it. I can't read the speech bubbles at all, and yet it's making me feel sad!
All I know is this is merely a Touhou remake (I'm hesitant to say 'parody' because of the overall tone) of Binchou-tan, an anime series that is FULL of heartwrenching stuff like this.
