It's a great drawing, but as anon1 says something is wrong with Rukia's face. I think it might be because of the distance between the eyebrows and the eyes...

Plus Rukia's tits are way smaller, but I won't complain about that

Artist did great on everything (especially the crystals), including the face, but it I just don't see Rukia.
