Add a vibrator inside here, but it only comes on when she is still. So if she is wiggling against the ropes, rubbing them against herself, nothing happens. But when she calms down and tries to think, the vibe activates.
The really fun part is when she starts to move from the pleasure, the vibe cuts off. So it teases her unless she can hold herself perfectly still, or until someone rescues her.
