Yeah, at least Rundas. He was COOL, if you will pardon the pun. :P
First he's shown as being badass by blowing up Pirates like it was nothing, then he gets a kickass battle theme, and then he just dies. :(

Rundas was a lame iceman/silver surfer rip off. He made prime 3 seem like a marval comic book. Metroid was always a serious toned atmospheric game, not a saturday morning cartoon. That scene when he was flying around on a sheet of ice totally ruined the immersion for me.......still cool design though. just hate that scene and his "I'm a cool hunter dude" attitude. would have been more interesting if he did not speak.
