She's dancing to that tune because literally her name means "feathered snake" ("serpiente emplumada" in spanish). Quetzal = bird with beautiful feathers, in náhuatl dialect. Coatl = Snake, in the same dialect.

Basically, Shouta discovered a way to dominate Lucoa and didn't figured it out.
