Technically she both is and isn't. She's a cut character from Ultra Despair Girls. I created her character tag from a translation of her design document, since there's no official name for her outside that Japanese-language design document. In the final game, Monaca intends to make Komaru the Successor. During production however, Monaca had already brainwashed someone into being what was known as the "Second Generation Enoshima Junko". This is one of two versions that had been designed by the series artist Komatsuzaki Rui. The other one looked more like the original Junko, but was a child and had full sleeve floral leg tattoos. This one is much more popular in fanart and cosplay for fairly obvious reasons. Technically she would have just adopted Junko's name entirely, but you need a differentiation and so I just copied what Komatsuzaki Rui called her when he created her, which is likely what she would have been known as if she was more than a design document.
